Depending on the line of product of your interest, we would be
happy to direct you to our specialized Sales & Design Consultants.
They will attend your inquiries with speed and precision.
Finish and Colour Selection
Finish and colour selection are important aspects on the creation
of your unique piece of art. It is personal and needs to go with
your décor and preference. For every product line, we have
a different finish, texture and colour. Feel free to ask to find
out the alternatives you have. Dealing with hydro stone, rock
and wood, the colours are not and will not be guaranteed 100%
(94%-98% close in average). Colour and texture variation is inherent
in the product and does not constitute a defect in manufacturing.
It only represents how the product absorbs the colour on its own
natural response.
Packaging and Freight
All products are properly packaged and are sent by experienced
freighting companies such as UPS, Greyhound and Van Kam Freightways.
The purchaser is responsible for transportation and packaging
costs.
Terms and Conditions
Without exceptions, every client needs to comply with the following:
1. After the Quote has been accepted (properly signed), we need
50% down payment to start the manufacturing process.
2. All Quotes are made in Canadian Dollars and FOB our Factory.
3. Balance is paid prior to shipping and against a Way Bill Number
and/or a Digital Picture of the finishes and packaged/crated product.
4. The Guarantee on Mantels and on the Rock Garden Product Line
is effective within one year of date of purchase. BC Mantel Y
Door will replace any piece found to have a manufacturer's defect.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by freezing or sudden
impact/house settlement. Failure to install or finish the products
according to BC Mantel & Door specifications, will automatically
void the guarantee.
In relation to the Custom Made Doors, these are guaranteed for
a year in relation to manufacturing defects, but the wood, due
to its nature, cannot be guaranteed. Each of the Jeld-Wen product
line has its own guarantees provided by the manufacturer, Jeld-Wen
Windows and Doors. Please ask for specifics at BC Mantel &
Door at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time
Depending on the product line of your interest, we will provide
you with a specific delivery date (5% margin of error due to unforeseen
circumstances). Products are delivered right to your door or business.
